I talked to Aunt Lu often. She was always fun to talk with and had plenty of stories to tell. Because of her, I now have the names of all of 18 sisters & brothers. Now only one remain, Aunt Essie. I was glad to have visited her in recent years. I not only have good memories of her but lots of photos, too. I am so happy she finally left me a voicemail when she couldn't reach me one time. It was rare for her to do that. I will always cherish it as I will be able to listen to her voice anytime I want. It brings a smile to my face. It is so hard to imagine Aunt Lu is gone now. May the family find peace in knowing she lived a long and happy life. May God rest her soul. I love you, Aunt Lu!
